• 75ml Sake Thikará
• Blackberry, raspberry, cherry and strawberry
• 15ml currant syrup

Knead the kiwi cubes along with the two tablespoons of sugar.

Add Sake Thikará and mix well.

Add the ice cubes and finish the caipisake with mint liqueur.

• 75ml Sake Thikará
• 1 tangerine
• 5 drops pepper sauce
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• Ice

Directions

Knead the fruits along with the two tablespoons of sugar.

Add the Thikará Sake and mix well.

Add the ice cubes and finalize the caipisake with a few drops of chili sauce.

Red Bubble

• 22ml Strawberry Syrup
• 40ml Sake Thikará
• 10ml lemon juice
• 5 mint leaves
• Ice
• Sparkling water

Directions

On a shaker, mix the syrup with the mint. Add the ingredients (except the sparkling water) into the shaker and beat well. Pour into the glass and fill with the sparkling water and the ice.

Red Citrus Sakerinha

• 15ml Citrus Syrup
• 50ml Sake Thikará
• 50ml pineapple juice
• 3 pieces pineapple
• Ice
• Sparkling water

Directions

Knead the pineapple with the Syrup. Add the other ingredients to the shaker and stir (except the sparkling water). Complete with sparkling water.

Saketini Green

• 10ml Green Apple Syrup
• 5ml Peach Syrup
• 40ml Sake Thikará
• Ice
• Lemon Drops

Directions

Shake the Sake Thikará, the Green Apple Syrup, a few drops of lemon and the ice in the shaker.

In the Martini cup, add the Peach Syrup and pour the drink.

SUGGESTION: Garnish with cherry, orange peel or rosemary.

Yellow Sakerinha

• 20ml Peach Syrup
• 08 tangerine buds
• ½ pulp passion fruit
• 40ml Sake Thikará
• Ice

Directions

In the shaker mix the syrup with the tangerine. Add the remaining ingredients and shake well.

Gold Citrus

• 50ml Sake Thikará Gold
• 10ml Citrus Syrup
• 15ml lemon juice
• Ice

Directions

Shake all the ingredients in the shaker. Decoration: Blue Curacao

• 1 bottle Sake Thikará
• 1 pan
• Water

Directions

Boil the water in the pan for 10 minutes and turn it off. Put the opened bottle inside the pan for 6 minutes (remember to open the bottle). Stir the bottle from time to time and serve.

• 1 serving Sake Thikará
• 1 glass of beer
• 2 units of Hashi

Directions

Pour the beer up to half of a large glass;
Place the two Hashis on top of this cup;
Put a shot of Sake Thikará on top of the Hashis;
Shout: Sakê! Sakê! Sakê Bomb! And at the moment you say “bomb” hit both hands on the table, one on each side of the glass. When it hits, the hashis will fall to the side, the shot will fall and mix with the beer. You’re ready to drink.
